The Founder’s Story

For many years, I have had a passion for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through ministry, community outreach, children’s programs, and personal evangelism, I witnessed countless opportunities to tell people about the saving grace of Christ.

Yet I also noticed a troubling pattern. Many people heard the Gospel, but few remained connected afterward. Some accepted Christ but had no one to walk alongside them. Others struggled with real-life challenges that made spiritual growth difficult. The message was reaching people, but the follow-up was often missing.

God began to place a burden on my heart: What if sharing the Gospel was only the beginning of the journey?

Seeing the Missing Pieces

As I continued serving in ministry, I saw three needs repeatedly emerge.

First, people needed an easy way to share the Gospel with others. Second, new believers needed discipleship and encouragement to grow in their faith. Third, many people faced practical challenges such as family struggles, financial hardship, emotional pain, educational barriers, and other life difficulties that required support from caring individuals and organizations.

These needs were often addressed separately. Evangelism happened in one place. Discipleship happened somewhere else. Community support existed somewhere else.

I began asking a simple question:

What if all three could work together?

The Vision God Placed on My Heart

The vision for The Shepherd’s Tool® was born from a desire to connect evangelism, discipleship, and compassionate care into one unified mission.

The goal was never simply to build another website.

The goal was to create a tool that helps believers:

• Share the Gospel.
• Build meaningful relationships.
• Disciple those they reach.
• Connect people to resources and support.
• Multiply their impact for the Kingdom of God.

I envisioned a platform where every believer could become a shepherd to someone else.

Building a Network of Eternal Impact

One of the most exciting parts of the vision was the idea of seeing Gospel impact multiply.

When one person shares the Gospel with another, and that person shares it with someone else, a chain of influence begins. The Shepherd’s Tool® allows believers to see that impact through a growing network of connections.

More importantly, those connections become opportunities for discipleship, encouragement, and care.

The vision extends beyond counting views or clicks. It is about helping people grow in Christ and helping believers walk alongside them.

Caring for the Whole Person

Jesus cared for both spiritual and practical needs. He preached the truth, but He also fed the hungry, healed the sick, comforted the hurting, and walked closely with people.

The Shepherd’s Tool® follows that same model. Through a growing network of ministries, churches, organizations, and caring individuals, the platform seeks to connect people to resources that can help improve their lives while pointing them to Christ.

Our desire is to help people spiritually, emotionally, mentally, relationally, and practically.

Looking Toward the Future

I believe the Church has never had greater opportunities to reach people than it does today. Technology can never replace relationships, but it can help create them.

My prayer is that The Shepherd’s Tool® becomes a catalyst for a worldwide movement of believers who faithfully share the Gospel, disciple others, and serve people with the love of Christ.
