The Shepherd’s Tool® was founded by Pastor Jeffery D. Jackson out of a desire to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ shared more effectively, discipleship become more intentional, and people receive the support they need to thrive spiritually and practically.

After years of ministry, Pastor Jackson recognized a common challenge: many people hear the Gospel but are never connected to meaningful discipleship, while others struggle with real-life needs without knowing where to find help. The Shepherd’s Tool® was created to bridge that gap.

His vision is simple yet powerful—to create a platform that helps believers share the Gospel, build lasting relationships, disciple those they reach, and connect people to a network of care and support.

Through technology and the power of God’s people working together, The Shepherd’s Tool® seeks to create a multiplying movement of disciples who share, connect, grow, and serve for the glory of God.
